Yes, I must confess I went out and bought a new Bentgo Box. It was too hard only having one Bentgo box in the house. And sometimes Peyton has been known to forget her lunch box at school. So I bought a second one in blue. However, I will be buying a green one and a few extra inserts before school starts. I just love the shape of this lunch box! It’s the perfect size for little kids. And it helps keep me from tossing a ton of junk food in a bag and sending her off to school. Today, Peyton is having princess tiara sandwiches! She still won’t let me make her a sandwich other than peanut butter and grape jelly but at least I can have fun with the cookies cutters! I was able to get 2 crowns out of one sandwich by cutting them flat side back to back.
I was low on fresh fruit in the house so I grabbed a can of mandarin oranges. To help keep the mess to a minimum I drained out all the juice. I know Peyton likes the fruit juice but I hate it when she drinks it. So no juice for her!
We have a few cups of chocolate and vanilla pudding in our fridge. I scooped one out into her lunch box.
Peyton loves cheese so I tossed in a Baby Bel for her to munch on.
And because the Olympics are still going strong, Peyton is getting a handful of red, white and blue peanut M&Ms. Go Team USA!
Below is a list of the tools I used to make today’s Bentgo Box –
