Shanna is a single mom living in the suburbs of the Twin Cities raising an elementary age daughter. Shanna blogs about family/lifestyle/elementary age children topics. She likes to share tips and tricks she has discovered help make her life run smoother. She is also an avid cook and enjoys sharing recipes and entertaining. Shanna plans educational events and field trips for her daughter and shares her experiences so other families can plan their own adventures. Shanna has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Legal Studies but her true passion is writing. She enjoys writing reviews, sharing experiences and pointing out tips to other parents. As her daughter, Peyton, grows she will start sharing her opinions about products and experiences too, to help shed light on topics from a child’s perspective. We also spend a large amount of time with our extended family and they are frequently showcased or highlighted on Peyton’s Momma. So if you see other littles on Peyton’s Momma you can bet they are my nieces and nephews. Currently, we have the following age groups being featured – newborns, 1-year-olds, 3-year-olds, 6-year-olds and 10-year-olds. It’s a nice to share perspective from all angles.
Peyton’s Momma™ was created in 2010 when Peyton was just a little one. The first article for Peyton’s Momma™ was published in the fall of that year. But with having a little one the taking off of Peyton’s Momma™ was slow. Well, now Peyton is in school and Shanna has a little more free time to write! Shanna and Peyton hope to grow Peyton’s Momma™ into a wonderful lifestyle blog sharing all of their adventures along the way.
If you are wondering how you can be featured on Peyton’s Momma™ feel free to send me note. I am open to hearing from anyone. My only stipulation is my content is G rated. Maybe a little PG at times but never R rated. My blog is family friendly, pet-friendly and focused on elementary-aged children.
Audience is primarily women, age 18-60, typically parents or grandparents. However, the audience does vary depending on content.
