During the winter months my hands are extremely chapped and rough. When spring arrives it get a little better but not by much. My days are filled with going through paperwork and receipts. All that paper sucks the life right out of my hands. When I was offered a chance to try out adamia Therapeutic Repair Lotion in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion I agreed. After all, I’m dealing with various degrees of dry skin all year long. If I can find something to help it would be a relief.
When the adamia arrived I took it out and immediately saw the pump! I love lotions that have pumps. Much easier to use with one hand and while I’m getting ready often I am rushing and only have one hand to spare. I also like the pump because I can keep it on my desk at work and use it throughout the day. Just reach over and pump a little into my hand. I don’t even have to stop working!
Now that I knew I loved the packaging it was time to try out the lotion. So I pumped two pumps into my hands and rubbed them together. The lotion is very thick and creamy. It did take a little to work the lotion into my skin because it was so thick. But I felt immediately relief from the painful dryness the instant the adamia touched my skin.
So what’s in adamia that makes it different from other lotions? Macadamia oil! Macadamia oil is full of omega-7 which has been clinically proven to help heal. Omega-7 is full or restorative lipids that help calm your skin while repairing it. I could definitely feel the instant soothing when the lotion came in contact with my hands. I’ve been using it for a few days now and I can tell the difference. Like really tell the difference in my fingertips. When I rub them together it’s smooth! Not rough or scratchy.
adamia truly does live up to what they say. It provides instant relief to skin when it hurts and it heals your skin while moisturizing.
