Over the last few years I seem to have acquired various electronics that I take with me everywhere. At any given time I have my iPhone and either a kindle fire or iPad with me. And it never fails that they will run out of power at the most inopportune moments. Recently I was asked if I would like to try out the +Lifeguard Mini portable charger in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. I agreed. It seems like every weekend when we are out running around my phone is running out of power before we run out of places we need to be. I knew I would be able to test this charger out almost on a daily basis.
When the +Lifeguard Mini arrived the fist thing I did was open it up and start charging. The first thing I noticed was there was no wall outlet. It came with the USB cord to plug into a wall adapter. But no adapter. This was somewhat of a turn off. Cords and chargers are already scarce around my house and now I needed to find one I could steal the wall adapter from for the +Lifegaurd Mini. But I made due and found one I could use. I let it charge over night just to make sure it was fully powered. You will know your +Lifeguard Mini is fully charged when the red light goes off. When the red light is on it means the +Lifeguard Mini is charging and you should leave it plugged in. While it’s charging do not try to charge your phone or other device from the +Lifeguard Mini.
