Slowly add in the dry ingredients to the liquid ones until you have a smooth batter. Pour the oil in your deep fryer and set to 375. Or if you are using a large pot heat over medium to high heat until you reach an oil temperature of 375.Take a plate and line with paper towels and set next to you oil. You are going to place your finished candy bars there after frying them. The paper towels will help absorb any excess oil. Coat the fun size candy bars in the batter. Be sure to shake off any excess batter. Gently place in heated oil. Fry for about a minute per side until the batter has turned a golden brown. Remove from oil and place on the paper towels to cool. Dust with a coating of powdered sugar and enjoy!
