First, you are going to remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Take a sharp knife and trim it off. Some refer to it as silver skin.Next, generously coat the ribs in Cajun seasoning.Then sprinkle salt and pepper all over the ribs.Place the rack of ribs in the crockpot, bending the rack so it fits.Cook on low for 8hrs.When the ribs are done, remove them from the crockpot and place them on a baking sheet.Brush them with a generous amount of BBQ sauce.Broil in the oven for 3-5 minutes to carmelize the sauce.Serve & enjoy!
