21ozCream of Chicken Soup
3CWater
1/2CWhite Onion, diced
1Poblano Pepper, diced
1/2tspOregano
1/4tspSalt

30ozCannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
2lbsChicken Breast or Thighs
Instructions
First, pour the cream of chicken and water into the crockpot. Use a whisk to get out all the lumps. Next, stir in the diced onion, poblano peppers, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic, and cumin. Take your drained and rinsed Cannellini beans and gently stir them into the crockpot.Place the chicken into the pot. Place the cover on and set it to low for 8 hours. Once the cooking time is up, take 2 forks and shred the chicken. You can do this either in the crockpot or remove the chicken from the crockpot, shred and then place it back in the crockpot. Now you are ready to enjoy! Serve with your favorite toppings like shredded Monterey jack cheese, pepper jack cheese, or sliced table onions.
