Instructions
This is literally a dump-and-go recipe. It's a great recipe for teaching children how to cook too. It's something they can pretty much do on their own. Pour the crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, brown sugar, onion, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and pepper flakes into the crockpot and stir until well combined. Add in the meatballs and stir. Place the lid on the crockpot, set it to low and cook for 8-10 hours. If you are rushed for time you can do 4-5 hours but with this recipe the longer and low heat really makes a difference. Serve over your favorite noodles and enjoy! Add a little parmesan cheese if desired too. You can use some of the leftovers to make meatball subs too.
