You will need a muffin pan for this recipe. If you do not have one you can order it off Amazon or find it at your local big-box retailer.First, preheat your oven to 350F and move the rack to the middle position.Next, place a wonton wrapper into the muffin pan like it is a muffin liner. Push it down so the side go up and the bottom is flat.Spray the wonton wrappers with the cooking spray.Bake for about 5 minutes, you want them to be browned a little bit.While those are cooling, make the taco meat! I have a great taco meat recipe that I use.Once the wonton shells are cool you can start assembling your bite size taco salads.Scoop the meat into the shell.Top with your preferred cheese, then lettuce, pico, sour cream, and I like to add a little black olive on top.Enjoy!These are always a hit when I make them and there are never leftovers. So be prepared. Make a lot of shells. The shells can be made ahead of time and stored in an air-tight container.
