Martinis do taste best when made individually but you can always double the recipe to make 2 at once. Just make sure you have a cocktail shaker that is big enough to accommodate the increase in alcohol.I also prefer to use ice cubes made with filtered water or store-bought. And bigger ice cubes work best too, they melt slower so your drink will not become water down while shaking, just chilled.First, place a few ice cubes in your cocktail shaker. Then pour the pineapple juice, coconut rum, triple sec, and vodka into the cocktail shaker.Place the cover on the cocktail shaker, now it's time to shake! Give the cocktail shaker some shakes to combine the flavors and chill your martini.Once you feel your martini has been shaken well it's time to pour it in a glass. But first, place a cherry on the bottom or the martini glass. Then pour your martini into the glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and additional cherry.Enjoy! These will be a huge hit at any backyard BBQ this summer.
