Ingredients
2 to 2 1/2lbsTop Sirloin Steak, cut into 2 inch pieces with fat trimmed off
1lbsBaby Yellow Potatoes, 1 inch cubes
3TBSPOlive Oil
1TBSPMinced Garlic
1tspOnion Powder
1tspDried Oregano
1tspDried Parsley
1tspDried Thyme
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
First, in a large bowl, combine the steak, potatoes, olive oil, garlic, onion powder, oregano, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper. Combine the ingredients until the potatoes and steak are evenly coated. Tear the tin foil into 4 12x12 sheets.Divide the mixture evenly between the 4 sheets of tinfoil. Close the tin foil packets. You can either grill these on medium heat, roughly 425, for 10 minutes on each side. Bake in the oven at 425 for 20-25 minutes. Open the packets and broil for a few minutes to get the charred look. Or if you are camping you can place it on the outside ring of the fire for 20-25 minutes. Tip - Larger chunks of meat will take longer to cook so this will give you pink or rare meat. Be sure to cut the potatoes in 1-inch cubes otherwise it'll take too long for them to bake.
