Instructions
In a microwave save bowl, place the butter, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Microwave for 90 seconds. Remove and mix to combine the peanut butter and butter. Gradually add the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, until it's well combined. Pour in a 9x9 pan and smooth the mixture out until it's level. In another microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate, condensed milk, and butter. Microwave for 90 seconds. Remove and stir to combine the chocolate, milk, and butter. You may need to microwave for 15 additional seconds if the mixture is not smooth. Pour on top of the peanut butter mixture and smooth.Let cool for a few hours or place in the fridge. Once the fudge is firm, slice into bite-size pieces and enjoy. Place any leftover fudge in an airtight container and store in the fridge. It'll last up to 1 week.
