Instructions
First, give your potatoes a good scrub under some warm water to remove any dirt. Pat them dry and set aside. Take your Ninja Foodi and place the trivet in the pot. Pour in 1 C of water. Arrange the potatoes on top of the trivet. Place the pressure cooking lid on Ninja Foodi and make sure the vent is set to close. Set the Ninja Foodi for pressure cooker, high, and 14 minutes. When the timer goes off let the Ninja Foodi do a natural release. This means do not touch anything. It'll take about 15 - 20 minutes. Open your vent to let out any pressure that is left, twist, and remove the pressure cooker lid. Take a tong and remove the potatoes from the Ninja Foodi. Prepare with butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, cheese or any other topping you like. Enjoy! These are also great to prepare ahead of time and keep in the fridge. Then you can quickly reheat in the fridge for lunch or a side dish for dinner.
