Make a Copycat Dutch Bros Cocomo with espresso, chocolate milk and coconut syrup. This easy coconut mocha can be made hot, iced or blended!

Ingredients
2shotsespresso
1cupchocolate milk
2tablespoonscoconut syrup
Icefor iced version
Whipped creamoptional
Chocolate sauceoptional

Instructions
For Iced:
Brew two shots of espresso.
Stir coconut syrup into the hot espresso.
Fill a tall glass approximately three-quarters full with ice.
Pour cold chocolate milk over the ice.
Slowly pour coconut espresso over the chocolate milk.
Stir.
Top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and toasted coconut if desired.
Serve immediately.
For Hot:
Brew espresso and stir in coconut syrup.
Heat chocolate milk over medium-low heat until steaming. Do not boil.
Froth the warm chocolate milk.
Pour over the coconut espresso.
Top as desired and serve.
For Blended:
Combine cooled espresso, 3/4 cup chocolate milk, coconut syrup, and 1 1/2 cups ice in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass.
Top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and toasted coconut if desired.
If you don't have chocolate milk, combine regular milk with chocolate sauce.For a dairy-free Cocomo, use chocolate oat, almond, soy, or coconut milk.Adjust the coconut syrup depending on your preferred sweetness and the strength of your syrup.Toast shredded coconut for an easy optional topping.
