Instructions
In your Crockpot, pour the chicken broth. Add in the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes and white parts of the scallion. Turn the Crockpot to slow and let it simmer for 6 hours. Once the broth has simmered for 6 hours, add in the wontons, mushrooms, bok choy and cook for an additional 30 minutes. Enjoy!You can top with a variety of toppings like chili crunch, sriracha, sesame seeds, cilantro or the green parts of the scallions. You can even add in some ramen noodles! It's all up to you.
