3 1/2 - 4 quart Slow-Cooker
Ingredients
1bagBaby Carrots, 32 oz
1/2tspKosher Salt
1/2CBrown Sugar
2tbspButter
1tbspParsley, chopped
Instructions
Take a 3 1/2 quart to 4 quart slow cooker and spray it with cooking spray. This will help keep the carrots from burning and sticking to the sides. Pour the bag of carrots in to the slow cooker. Add the salt, brown sugar, and butter to the pot. Place the lid on the slow cooker. Set the slow cooker to high and let it cook for 4-5 hours. You'll know they are done when the carrots are tender. About 2 hours in, stir the carrots so they are coated with the brown sugar butter mixture. When the carrots are done you can either serve them directly from the slow cooker or you can pour them into a bowl. If you do serve them from the slow cooker be sure to stir them so the carrots are coated in the brown sugar and butter sauce. These are the easiest carrots I have ever made and they are always a crowd-pleaser.
