First, cut the tops off of the apples. Then scoop out the center. Make sure you get all the seeds and core. Place the apples in the crockpot. Fill each apple with granolaPour 1 tsp of Maple Syrup into each appleDrizzle the apples with the melted butter. Place the lid on and cook for about 3 hours on high. You want them soft but not falling apart. Carefully remove the apples from the crockpot and place in a bowl or small plate. Scoop a generous amount of ice cream and enjoy!
