First, you will want to toast your pecans. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Once the oven is preheated, spread your pecans in a single layer on some parchment paper on a baking sheet. Bake for 4 minutes. You can chop the pecans before or after they are toasted.Keep the oven preheated to 350°F and start to prepare your bread mixture.In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until they're smooth.Next, stir in the vanilla extract.Add in the self-rising flour and salt. Mix until combined.Fold in the toasted pecans.Pour into a greased baking dish and spread it into an even layer.Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. It needs to be golden brown.
