Life just got nuttier! The Nut Job 2 is available to take home today. If you missed Nut Job 2 in theaters you can catch it now.
In Nut Job 2 we catch up with the gang, it’s been a year since the nut shop went out of business, that’s what they say, Though if I remember correctly, didn’t they run the nut shop owners out of business?? Either way, the nut shop closed and left a lifetime supply of nuts for the animals to live off.
Life was great! There was an endless supply of nuts for everyone to enjoy and no one went hungry. But, the animals were starting to forget how to forage and store food for the lean times. This was starting to concern some. However, others didn’t see the issue. They felt there was an endless supply of nuts so no one needed to worry. Until……
Until the day the nut shop blew up! That’s right, there was an explosion in the nut shop. Someone forgot to turn off the peanut butter making machine, it overheated and exploded taking all the nuts with it. Oh no! What were they going to do? It’s been so long since anyone had to find food!
On top of their food supply being destroyed, they also have to contend with a greedy mayor who wants to turn the park into an amusement park! So much for Surly and the gang to fix.
