Celebrate Dinosaur Day with the Roaring Return of Dino Dex on Amazon Kids+ and Prime Video

June 1st marks Dinosaur Day, and there’s no better way to celebrate than by diving into the prehistoric adventures of Dino Dex, now streaming on Amazon Kids+ and Prime Video. This live-action/CGI series from Sinking Ship Entertainment continues the beloved Dino franchise, introducing a new generation to the wonders of paleontology through the eyes of a curious young explorer.

🦕 Meet Dex: The Young Paleontologist with an Artistic Eye

At the heart of the series is 9-year-old Dex, portrayed by Juan Pablo Romero. Unlike his predecessors Dan, Trek, and his sister Dana, Dex brings a unique perspective to his dinosaur studies. Armed with his magical Dino Field Guide, Dex doesn’t just observe dinosaurs—he reimagines them. His artistic flair leads him to question traditional depictions of these ancient creatures, offering fresh insights into their appearances and behaviors.

Joining Dex on his adventures is his neighbor and geology enthusiast, Kayla, played by Ana Victoria Dinapo. Together, they embark on thrilling explorations, blending scientific inquiry with imaginative storytelling. Their dynamic partnership adds depth to the series, emphasizing collaboration and curiosity.

🎨 A Blend of Education and Entertainment

Dino Dex masterfully combines educational content with engaging narratives. Each episode presents a new “Dino Experiment,” prompting Dex and Kayla to investigate questions like “What did the T. rex really look like?” or “How did certain dinosaurs use rocks?” These explorations encourage young viewers to think critically and embrace scientific discovery.

The series also introduces audiences to a diverse range of prehistoric creatures, from the well-known Velociraptor to the lesser-known Elasmotherium, sparking interest in paleontology and natural history.

📺 Streaming Now: A Prehistoric Adventure Awaits

The first nine episodes of Dino Dex are available for streaming, with an additional 17 episodes slated for release in 2025. Whether you’re a longtime fan of the Dino franchise or new to the series, Dino Dex offers a fresh and exciting perspective on dinosaur exploration.

Celebrate Dinosaur Day by joining Dex and Kayla on their imaginative journeys through time. With its blend of science, creativity, and adventure, Dino Dex is sure to captivate audiences of all ages.

Start your prehistoric adventure today on Amazon Kids+ and Prime Video.
