We’ve been watching movies nonstop at my house. With the bitter cold temperatures outside and everything closed, family movie night has become a staple in our home. Disney Pixar’s Soul was our family movie night around Christmas time and it inspired me to make this Soul Dip recipe. It can be used as a movie snack, dessert, or even an appetizer. You can also switch out the cookies, wafers, and fruit to any treats you like.
To make a batch of Soul Dip you will need the following –
8 ounces Cream Cheese, room temperature
1 box White Chocolate Pudding Mix
1 C Milk
8 ounces Whipped Topping
1/2 C Powdered Sugar
Blue Food Coloring
Blue Skies Ahead Sprinkles from How to Cake It
In a stand mixer, mix the cream cheese and pudding mix until smooth. This will take a few minutes that is why I suggest a stand mixer. I used a hand mixer and it would’ve been much more convenient had I used my stand mixer. If you don’t have a stand mixer, don’t worry. Just know you will be standing there for about 5+ minutes scraping the side of the bowl and making sure everything mixes in until smooth.
Next, add in the milk, blue food coloring, and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the whipped topping.
Place in a dip bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Just before you are going to serve, sprinkle with the Blue Skies Ahead Sprinkles from How to Cake It.
Arrange an assortment of cookies, marshmallows, fresh fruit or anything you would like on a platter and place the bowl of dip in the center. Enjoy!
