In our house we always have a radio on. But ever since I had my daughter a few years ago I really started to notice lyrics. And lets just say today’s Top 40 is not always the best music to have on for little ears that are listening. What I used to once think was a catchy song (because I never paid much attention to the lyrics) I now know is full of sexual innuendos or violence or other inappropriate situations a child should not be listening to. But as an adult I can only take so many lullabies. Passion Salvation’s Tide is Rising is full of music that I can listen with my child around and not have to be concerned with the lyrics or message being conveyed. This is latest album for Passion and will be released later this month on January 29th. But here’s the great thing – You can win it before you can buy it! The whole cd is filled with inspirational music. I’ve listened to the album and thought it was a very upbeat tempo album. There are a variety of tempos, some faster and more popish then a few slower. I had it on while we were straighten up our living room after dinner and I even caught my daughter getting into it. I much rather have her dancing and humming a long to Passions that some of the current songs on the radio.
