Today was the last day of school! We are officially done for the summer and free to have fun and play in the sun! I’m starting to plan our summer camping trips, that means I’m checking over our gear and seeing if there is anything we need to replace or add before our first trip. Last year we hauled a folding table with us but it took up way too much room and was very hard for me to put together by myself. This year, I’ll be bringing our brand new camping table with us!
When I saw this little table I knew we just had to have it. I could see so many uses for it. Think about it, you’re at the campsite and it’s time to make s’more. Do you move that huge picnic table over by the fire so the marshmallows, chocolate and crackers are near by or do you move this little table? You move the little table! Want to play a game of cards but the shade is not where the picnic table is? No problem. Grab the little table and 2 camping chair and move to the cool comfort of the shade.
Heading to the beach? But you would love a space to put your phone, snacks and towels that will keep them up out of the sand and from wet children that will be running nearby? Bring this little table! It takes seconds to put together and can hold so much!
Directions do come with this table but to be honest I didn’t even use them. Putting together the table is very intuitive and took less than 5 minutes for me to do by myself the first time. No tools are needed. The legs are all one piece that folds together, the top is one piece that is held together with a bungee type cord and then there are 2 pools that snap everything together. The basket snaps on at the bottom for a little storage area. And when you’re down, it comes down just as fast and comes with a little storage bag, it’s no larger than a standard camping chair when folded.
Tonight I’m using the table on our pool patio. There is never enough table space and I want to keep my phone away from all liquids. This is the perfect little side table to keep my phone, towels and a few other things while we are enjoying time in the pool!
