Snacks that are Tasty and Healthy: Lundberg Family Farms Grounded Snacks Red Rice & Quinoa Tortilla Chips

September 24, 2017 By Shanna Leave a Comment

I received one or more of the products or services mentioned above for free in the hope I would mention it on my blog. Regardless, I only recommend products or services and believe will be good for my readers. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR, Part 255: "Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising."Peyton and I love to munch. I think because we are on the go so much we find ourselves frequently snacking. But I don’t want to give her high fat, empty calorie foods to snack on. Lundberg Family Farms has a whole collection of tortilla chips made out of red rice and quinoa that are not only good for you but taste so yummy!

Lundberg Family Farm ChipsThe Lundberg Family started the farm in Sacramento, Californa back in 1937. They knew the secret to a good farm was taking care of your soil. The Lundberg’s did what other farmers were not doing, they took of the soil and produced crops in a responsible manner that produced quality crops season after season.

In the 1960s, the Lundberg Family decided to sell their grain directly to the public. They realized the Lundberg Family Farm products were a higher quality than what was on the market. They wanted to give the public choice when they went to the store.

Lundberg Family FarmNow, fast forward a few decades and we here today with a variety of Lundberg Family Farms grounded snacks red rice and quinoa tortilla chips. They are available in five flavors: Cinnamon Sugar, Ancho Chile, French Onion, Aged White Cheddar, and Pink Himalayan Salt.

Peyton loves everything with sugar so she wanted to try the cinnamon sugar chips. When I opened the bag I could instantly smell the cinnamon sugar sweetness, I knew Peyton was going to like these! And she did. Peyton really liked how the cinnamon sugar was there, she could taste it, but it wasn’t overpowering. She also enjoyed the crunch of the chip.

Lundberg Family FarmWhen I tasted the cinnamon sugar chips I thought they would taste amazing with a vanilla bean ice cream or as a topping on a caramel apple cobbler. So many possibilities!

Lundberg Family Farms also makes a variety of other products including snacks, entrees, side dishes and baking products. Check out the complete Lundberg Family Farm line online. You can purchase Lundberg Family Farm products amazon.com and Thrive Market as well as
other supermarkets and natural food stores. To find a store near you, visit lundberg.com/where-to-buy.
