Stay on Track with Arctic Zero

You all know I’ve been on this weight loss journey this summer. I’m doing awesome at it! But maintaining or losing weight does not mean you cannot have ice cream. Arctic Zero Fit Frozen Desserts has been my go to summer treat. I’ve used it to spruce up my Nutrisystem brownies and cakes. If I want to have a snack ala mode I can, I just reach for Arctic Zero!

Arctic Zero Fit Frozen DessertsArctic Zero Fit Frozen Desserts are perfect for those hot summer nights when you want to indulge but don’t want all the excess calories and fat. Did you know that a whole pint is 300 calories? That’s the whole container! So if you have a moment of weakness and it the whole pint it won’t kill your waistline.

I’ll admit when I first saw Arctic Zero Fit Frozen Desserts I was a little skeptical that they would taste good. The first flavor I tried was cookie dough. I  figured at the very least I could pick out all the cookie dough chunks if I didn’t like the ice cream. But you know what? I really liked it.

Arctic Zero Fit Frozen Desserts have a specific thawing instructions you need to follow. You can still eat it if you don’t follow the directions, it’ll be just a little harder and you may not enjoy it as much. You need to take the pint out of the freezer and let it sit on the counter for 15 minutes before you try to scoop it out. Trust me, it makes a difference.

But what if you want Arctic Zero now, you can’t wait 15 minutes. Your sweet tooth is craving it now, not in 15 minutes. Well, there is a short cut. You can pop that pint in the microwave for 30 seconds! So, for those of you that need immediate gratification and cannot wait the 15 minutes, there is a solution.

Arctic Zero Fit Frozen DessertsArctic Zero Fit Frozen Desserts reminds me more of an ice milk treat. It’s light, has a gentle flavor and comes in a wide variety of flavors. With 17 flavors to choose from you are sure to find one, two or seventeen that you like. I’ve tried the cookie shake, cake batter, and cookie dough chip. My favorite so far is the cookie dough chip. I love the big chunks!

If you are looking for a healthy alternative to dessert, check out Arctic Zero Fit Frozen Dessert pints. Arctic Zero is low glycemic, lactose-free and GMO-free.  They will satisfy your cravings without sacrificing your waist line.
