Wild Kratts A Creature Christmas

Peyton's Momma DVD DisclosureIf you have never seen the Wild Kratts then you are missing out! Peyton loves watching them. Not only do we see Martin and Chris Kratt (real life brothers) in animation but they also appear as themselves. The Kratts and their team teach children an immense amount of information about animals while entertaining them at the same time. Just in time for the holidays, PBS Kids is releasing Wild Kratts A Creature Christmas.

Wild Kratts a Creature Christmas PBS KidsIn Wild Kratts A Creature Christmas we catch up with the gang while they are resting, relaxing and getting ready to have a party! They’ve had a busy year, rescuing animals from Donita Donata, Gaston Gourmand and Zach Varmitech. But it looks like that Christmas party is going to have to wait. The villains didn’t take any time off for the holidays. Instead, they decided to capture baby animals from all over the world!

The Kratt brothers and their team spring into action to stop Donita, Gaston and Zach. The team hopes they can stop the thieving of baby animals and return the babies that have been stolen to their homes before Christmas.

A Creature Christmas runs approx. 60 minutes and is perfect for all ages. But I have a special plan for this DVD. Every year I give Peyton a box on Christmas Eve, shortly after dinner. Inside are things that can help make the evening go a little faster and distract Peyton from the excitement of the evening. It can be hard for little ones to settle down and go to bed on the night Santa is arriving. I have found a new DVD or two can be a nice distraction. Plus, it’s new so she usually wants to watch it a few times. And on Christmas Eve I’m ok with letting her fall asleep to a movie.

Wild Kratts A Creature Christmas is available online or at your local store.
