My daughter loved seeing that other people had routines or things they needed to do before they could settle down to sleep. While my daughter doesn’t have her own consistent routine she now feels she needs to develop one of her own. She loved how one little boy could not go to sleep until his cat came to bed. She would like to have the same rule except it’s Mama that needs to come to bed. I explained to her that doesn’t really work. So she settled for our cat, Sebastian.
Z-Z-Z-Z-Z-Z-Z A Bedtime Story
Does your child have a hard time falling a sleep? Mine does! Every single night we have a dance around the house about going to bed. There’s always one more drink. Or she’s starving to death and needs a snack. Or it’s too dark in her room. Or one hundred million other reasons she can think of to stall bedtime. Z-Z-Z-Z-Z-Z-Z A Bedtime Story shows how various people get ready for sleep each night.
In Z-Z-Z-Z-Z-Z-Z A Bedtime Story you get to see how different kids get ready, a grandma, a mom and a dad. They each have different things that help them settle down and fall a sleep. No two things are the same. I identified the most with the Momma about locking up each and every door before bedtime. I like to let our dogs out one last time and then double check the cars and all the doors before I turn in for the night. Then I usually watch a show. Tonight my daughter decided to she needed the cat to sleep with her before she could go to sleep. We’ll see how long this one will last. But for tonight it worked.
This is a very cute story and I think children are going to like it. I know we enjoyed reading it. You can pick up your own copy of Z-Z-Z-Z-Z-Z-Z A Bedtime Story on Amazon.
