Adovia 100% Dead Sea Bath Salts

Before I tried Adovia’s dead sea salts I was not very familiar with dead sea salt at all. I never knew all the potential one little bag of dead sea salt could hold. I had always used Epsom salt and had no clue there was a difference. Well there is a difference and it’s pretty big.

Epsom salts are made up of magnesium which is absorbed through the skin.Epsom salt also contains chloride and boron. Is a white, granular salt that can be chemically or synthetically made. Epsom salts replenish the level of magnesium in the body to relax the nervous system and relieve inflammation. It’s also used to expedite healing and naturally relax the nervous system, lower blood pressure and relieve inflammation relieve stress and treat minor sprains or bruises.
Dead Sea Salts not only contain magnesium but they also have sodium, potassium, calcium and bromine too. Dead Sea Salts only come from the Dead Sea.  They are one of the finest therapeutic salts around and is used to help improve arthritis, dry skin, eczema and psoriasis. It is absorbed through pores and can be effective in relieving muscle tension, aches and pains.
So you can see while there are similarities there are also some big differences. The biggest differences that stood out to me where the natural Dead Sea salts versus man made Epsom salts. And Dead Sea salts have much more healing and therapeutic uses.
The Adovia Dead Sea Salt is 100% from the Dead Sea with no added anything. You can use it to soak and relieve dry skin, eczema and psoriasis. Or use it as a soak to help with sore and ache muscles. It also works wonder with pure essential oils. You can make a scented soak with maybe some peppermint or lavender. Here are some other uses for Dead Sea Salts

Skin conditioning/relaxing/muscle soak
Dead Sea Salt to a hot bath and soak your worries away. Try adding a few drops of your favorite essential oil.
Foot soak
Add a handful of Dead Sea Salt to a foot bath. Massage for extra relief.
Removing dry skin
After bathing, while you’re still wet, gently massage with dry salt – It removes dead skin particles and aids in circulation.
Make your own salt scrub
For a stimulating facial, mix equal parts of salt and olive oil and gently massage the face and body.
Steam therapy
Dissolve a handful of Adovia Dead Sea Salts into a bowl of steaming hot water, drape towel over head and around bowl, face should be 12 – 18 inches from surface of water, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Having a hot bath with Adovia Dead Sea Salts and allowing the steam to collect in the bathroom will also have a similar effect.
