2 Survival Sleeping Bags

We are an active family. Peyton and I take road trips all over the country and frequently find ourselves on roads that may not be very well traveled. So if our car did break down, or if we ran into inclement weather, I would appreciate having a pack like this in our car.  We frequently drive from Minnesota to Illinois and there are times I don’t see any cars on the road with us. Just this past year we drove from Minnesota to Missouri. While the drive was absolutely beautiful, again, there were times we did not see cars or town for long stretches of time. And driving through those hills and valley meant that my cell reception was not always the best either. Next year, when we take our road trips you can bet the Rescue Guard backpack will be in the back of our SUV.

Cooking while Camping

I also like to camp with Peyton, mostly at campsites you can drive into. But in August, when tornado season is kicking off here in the Midwest, severe weather can crop up faster than you can find cover.  I remember one time, Peyton and I were camping just outside of Fergus Fall and a storm came in really fast. In less than 10 minutes we went from sunny skies to pitch blackness, pouring rain and winds so strong that I thought the tent was going to take flight. We were lucky, the storm passed quickly and the worse was 5 miles west of us but if the roads had been blocked by trees a survival pack would have come in handy.

The Rescue Gaurd survival pack is meant to bring you peace of mind while helping to ensure you are prepared for an emergency. You can purchase your own Rescue Guard Survival Pack online.
