As the weather is changing, the days are getting shorter and the weather is cooling down, I find myself starting the day with a warm cup of coffee. My favorite way to prepare a cup is with lots of chocolate flavored creamer, some sugar and a good coffee. I’m still experimenting with blends, finding out what I like. Brooklyn Bean Roastery’s Breakfast Blend is quickly becoming one of my favorite blends.
When brewed Breakfast Blend looked dark in the cup. I thought it may be a strong coffee, but it’s not. It’s very enjoyable Made from 100% Arabica Coffee Beans. It has a crisp flavor that goes well with my chocolate creamer. I’ve also made this iced and it taste great! So for me, this will be a year-round coffee.
Little tip for those of you that love iced coffee but hate when the ice melts and waters it down. Brew some coffee and pour it into ice cube mold, you may want to let it cool before you pour it in the trays. Then freeze. Next time you make iced coffee throw in your frozen coffee and not ice cubes! You’ll have frozen coffee without the watered down problem.
Brooklyn Bean Roastery really has a winner with the Breakfast Blend. I’m usually a 1 cup of coffee a day person but with this one I can be tempted to have a second cup. I also appreciate the variety of sizes I can purchase the k-cups in. I’ve seen it offered in 24 count and 40 count. Plus they have a decaf version! So if you are looking for a Breakfast Blend in decaf they have it for you. You can find Brooklyn Bean Roastery Breakfast Blend online in Decaf and regular.

I generally like breakfast blends as I don’t care for very strong coffee. This sounds good!
