Crockpot Blueberry Cobbler

Desserts are so easy in the Crockpot. Usually, a dessert only takes a few hours so it’s a simple dish you can start when you get home from work or before you leave for sports. This Crockpot Blueberry Cobbler takes two to three hours to cook so great for weeknight desserts after a game!

To make a batch of Crockpot Blueberry Cobbler you will need the following –

1 can Biscuits
6 C Blueberries, fresh
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1 TBSP Cinnamon
2 TBSP Corn Starch
Non-Stick Spray
Crockpot

This recipe is so simple the kids could make it when they get home from school!

First, wash and dry your blueberries. Make sure any little stems and leaves are removed.

Next, spray the inside of the Crockpot with the non-stick spray.

In a large bowl or in the Crockpot combine the blueberries, brown sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch. Mix until the blueberries are coated.

Remove the biscuits from the can and slice them into fourths.

Place the quartered biscuits on top of the blueberry mixture in the Crockpot.

Place the cover on the Crockpot and bake on high for 2-3 hours.

When the biscuits have browned and the blueberries are bubbling then it’s time to eat!

Enjoy with whipped cream or a side of vanilla ice cream.
