Can you believe October is nearly over? I can’t believe we are in the home stretch and Halloween is in a week! This recipe was a new one for my family. Today we are making Crockpot Cajun BBQ Ribs! Who does not love a spicy, juicy, saucy rib? These ribs are perfect for a weeknight meal or for game day.
To make a batch of our Crockpot Cajun BBQ Ribs you will need the following –
1 Rack Ribs
Bbq Sauce
Cajun Seasoning
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
Crockpot
First, you are going to remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Take a sharp knife and trim it off. Some refer to it as silver skin.
Next, generously coat the ribs in Cajun seasoning.
Then sprinkle salt and pepper all over the ribs.
Place the rack of ribs in the crockpot, bending the rack so it fits.
Cook on low for 8hrs.
When the ribs are done, remove them from the crockpot and place them on a baking sheet.
Brush them with a generous amount of BBQ sauce.
Broil in the oven for 3-5 minutes to carmelize the sauce.
Serve & enjoy!
