5 years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter I started to really explore aromatherapy. I even had it as part of my birth plan! And once my little was born I started using aromatherapy with her. After months of using various essential oils I discovered a pattern with her. Whenever I used lavender in any capacity (in a diffuser, lotion, ect) my daughter would instantly calm down and fall a sleep. It became my favorite little trick. On nights she was super fussy I would use a diffuser and diffuse lavender in her room after giving her a lavender bath. It really worked wonders. So when I was offered the chance to try out Aromata’s Lavender essential oil in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion I agreed. Now that’s she getting older I tend to use lavender most nights to help her sleep better.
