My favorite brunch beverage hands down is a mimosa. The classic champagne and orange juice are a favorite. But, today we are making an Easter Peeps Mimosa! It’s a fun twist on a classic brunch beverage. This is definitely a sweeter drink than the traditional mimosa but it’s fun and perfect for spring brunches.
To make an Easter Peeps Mimosa you will need the following –
Champagne
Pink Lemonade
Pink & Yellow Peeps
Straw
Champagne Flute
You can make many Eater Peeps Mimosas or just one. It’s really up to you.
First, fill your champagne flute about 3/4 of the way full with champagne.
Top it off with the pink lemonade.
Take 1 peep and 1 straw, poke the straw through the peep
Insert the peep straw into the champagne flute
Enjoy!
These are super simple to make and are a fun twist on a classic brunch beverage.
If you wanted to prep the peeps beforehand keep them in an air-tight container so they do not dry out.
I personally would keep the champagne and pink lemonade chilling in the fridge and not open or prepare more than a half-hour before needed. The champagne will lose its fizz which is part of the fun!
