Frozen 2 Edible Cookie Dough

I hope you have been enjoying the Frozen 2 recipes this week. I know we have! We have also been watching Frozen 2 nearly every night. We even ordered the soundtrack from Amazon. It seems to always be on somewhere in our home. Today, we are going to show you have to make Frozen 2 edible cookie dough! So many people love to eat cookie dough so I thought this would be fun a recipe to share.

To make your own batch for Frozen 2 edible cookie dough you will need the following –

1/4 C sugar
1 C unsalted sweet cream butter
2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp kosher salt
1 3/4 C flour
1 C of frozen Sprinkles
1 C winter mix chocolate chips

You do not want to use raw flour. If you do decide to use raw flour you run the risk of salmonella. So, you can either buy a special flour or you can bake your flour at 300 degrees for about 6-10 minutes.

Next, using a standing mixer, cream together the sugar and butter until fluffy and combined.

Then mix in the vanilla, salt, and mix until combined and fluffy.

Beat in the flour, 1/4 C of the flour at a time just until all combined.

Mix in the frozen sprinkles and chocolate chips using a rubber spatula.

Use an ice cream scoop to scoop portions out or eat out of the bowl yourself!

This is a yummy, kid requested dish in our home.

If you want, you can add a food gel color to make colored cookie dough too.

Be sure to check out our other Frozen 2 inspired recipes that we’ve posted this week.
