Get Lean with The Big Fat Truth

As you guys know, I’ve been on my weight loss journey for a little over 2 months now. It’s been a process. There have been many changes I have had to make in our lifestyle so that when I’ve reached my goal, I stay healthy. No more late nights with a bowl of whatever is handy to munch on. No more jumbo cups of ice-cold soda to keep me going throughout the day. No more fast food.

We are now a family that drinks water all day long. We now have vegetables with every meal. We now prep meals in advance and plan for the week so we are not rushed and tempted to run through the drive-thru. And we spend time together by doing healthy activities like riding our bikes or taking walks. But there are days when I doubt these changes and I am tempted to reverting back to our old habits. That’s when an episode of The Big Fat Truth on the Z Living Network comes in handy.
