Go Nuts for Nocciolata

90 years ago, two brothers, Mario and Paolo Rigoni took their love for quality foods made with all natural ingredients and created Nocciolata.

Nocciolata

Nocciolata is only made with certified organic ingredients, there are no chemicals, no artificial flavors, no GMOs and absolutely zero palm oil.  It’s made from the Rigoni’s family recipe and they take no shortcuts. It is a slow process that uses only carefully selected ingredients like dark chocolate from the Antillean Islands, Italian hazelnuts (16%), brown sugar, skim milk and Bourbon vanilla extract.

And they now have a dairy-free line of Nocciolata for those that are lactose intolerant or limit dairy in their diets.

Fiordifrutta

Besides having Nocciolata the Rigoni Family also have Fiordifrutta. They launched this line in mid-90s to share their love for Italian Jam.  Fiordifrutta is produced using only top quality organic fruit, selected from the best areas of origin, picked only when perfectly ripened, sweetened with apple juice and with the addition of natural fruit pectin. It is processed at room temperature to preserve at bets the taste and fragrance of freshly-picked fruit. It contains no added sugar, artificial aromas, and colors.

There are several flavors to choose from including – apricot, peach, wild berries, wild blueberry, raspberry, cranberry, lingonberry, strawberry, lemon, Seville orange, cherry, blackberry, black currant, fig, pomegranate, pink grapefruit and pear.

Mielbio

And my favorite of all the Rigoni Family’s brands is Mielbio. It’s Italian honey!! There are several Mielbio varieties to choose from, all collected from the best areas in the different Italian regions. You can use it as a spread or in a drink. It’s the best for honey lovers!

Here are a few you can choose from –

Organic Italian Acacia Raw Honey, Organic Italian Chestnut Raw Honey, Organic Italian Forest Raw Honey, Organic Italian Orange Blossom Raw & Creamy Honey, Organic Italian Wildflower Raw & Creamy Honey, Limited Edition Italian Mandarin Honey, and Italian Lime Honey,

Rigoni di Asiago has given us some of the best, all natural, non-altered products for us to share with our families.
