Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 is Now Available to Take Home

Yes! You can now, head to your local retailer and pick up your very own copy of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2! Then you can sit back and watch Baby Groot dance over and over again. At least that’s what I plan on doing!

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 was a big hit in my household. Peyton and I made a big production about going to the movie. It was actually Peyton’s first time at a drive-in when she saw Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. And it was an amazing way to see it!

Who wouldn’t want to see Baby Groot up on a HUGE screen dancing his little heart out? He’s just so stinkin’ cute!

Besides Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 having an amazing cast, it’s also a touching story.  In Vol. 2, we learn a lot about Star-Lord. We see Peter (Star-Lord) as a young child and get a glimpse into his past. We see his relationship with his mother and how he came to live with Yondu. We also learn how his mother passed and who was behind it. And we find out who Peter’s biological father is!

SPOILER ALERT – DO NOT READ ANY FURTHER IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THE MOVIE

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2We also get to see a side of Yondu that I never knew existed. He truly loves Peter and would give his life for him. And he does. I cried during this part of the movie. Here I thought I was going to be watching a fast pace, action packed movie about the Guardians saving the universe, which you do get to see, but there’s also a touching story about family, love, and loss of loved ones rolled into the story too.

We learn that Peter’s dad, Ego is not the warm and affectionate father Peter had hoped for. He’s CRA-ZY! And when Peter finds out what his bio-dad has done you see a change come over him. Peter loved his mother and to find out that Ego was responsible for her death flipped a switch in him.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is not anything like the first one. It’s full of action and emotion.  You will find yourself laughing at some parts and crying at others. There is definitely a roller coaster of emotions you’ll experience. But in the end, you’ll be glad you watched it and want to watch it all over again!

So with that, I send you off to head to your local retailer and pick up Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Or, you can stay home and order it online and have it delivered.
