Individual Jarcuterie Appetizers

We have all heard of charcuterie boards. They are all the rage. But have you heard of jarcuterie? No? Well, let me tell you about them. Jarcuterie is the perfect appetizer to serve to guests. Everything is contained in a little jar and it’s an individual serving. Perfect for gatherings where guests will be grazing while also moving about and talking to each other.

To make these delicious individual jarcuterie appetizers you will need the following –

1/2 C  Raspberries
1 lb Buratta Cheese
5 slices Bacon
5 slices Ham
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Edible Flowers (optional)
Jars

You can prep most of this beforehand. Cook your bacon until it’s crisp. Dice up the Buratta cheese. Also, feel free to switch out the Buratta for another cheese if you would like.

First, add a little olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to the bottom of each jar.

Next, add in the cubed cheese and a few raspberries.

Roll the ham and place a slice or two in each jar.

If there is still room, add in more cheese and raspberries.

Garnish with flowers and crisp bacon slices.

Enjoy!

There are great appetizers. You can make dozens of them or just a few. Plus, you can customize each jar too. If someone doesn’t like raspberries leave them out or add in a different berry. There are so many options!

My favorite jars to make these jarcuterie appetizers in our these WECK 762 Tulip jars. They are the perfect size!

Check out some of our other appetizer dishes for your next gathering.
