We tried out the Dark Mylk Chocolate with Ginger and Rose and the Dark Mylk Chocolate with Coffee and Cardamom. I had no clue what to expect but I know we like chocolate so I was game for trying them out. Wow! These chocolate bars are so full of flavor, like nothing you will find in the super market. The Dark Mylk Chocolate with Coffee and Cardamom has a distinct coffee flavor. You can clearly taste the coffee notes throughout the whole bar. The Dark Mylk Chocolate with Ginger and Rose is perfect for ginger lovers. While the taste of ginger is subtle it is still very distinct and easy to pick out. I had never thought of placing rose into a chocolate bar but it really works with the ginger.  Both of these bars are unroasted, dairy free, refined sugar free and all ingredients are ethically traded.
