Klondike Brownie Sundae

December 9, 2015 By Shanna 4 Comments

Who doesn’t love ice cream? I know in our house we always have several varieties on hand. But scooping out of large ice cream containers can be difficult. And if you have several people to please this can also get time consuming. So I have a solution! Here’s a delicious recipe for a Klondike brownie ice cream sundae without all the scooping.

What you will need –

Klondike Original Bars (I used 1 whole bar in the picture below)
Brownies
Chocolate Sauce
Caramel Sauce
Whip Cream
Cherries
Additional Topping as desired

First thing is to cut up your brownie and Klondike bar into bite size pieces. I cut the Klondike bar into about 9 pieces and that seemed to work well. Make sure you have a sharp, clean knife for each cut. Also, running the blade under hot water (don’t forget to dry it off) will help slice through the ice cream easier. Then alternate chunks of the Klondike bar and brownie bites into a bowl.

Next drizzle the chocolate and caramel sauce over the top. Feel free to add other sauces as desired. Then top with some whip cream and a cherry. You’re done! Easy and simple. Even the kids can help make them.

Now if you have several sundaes to make you can set it up like a station and have each person make there own. This works well with large groups and children love it!

Love Klondike bars and ice cream. Anything with chocolate is a good thing. My family will love these especially in hot weather. Thanks for sharing.
