If you’re looking for an over-the-top chocolate dessert that’s guaranteed to disappear fast, these Oreo Stuffed Brownies are it! Every brownie hides a whole Mega Stuffed Oreo cookie in the center, creating layers of fudgy brownie, creamy Oreo filling, and crunchy chocolate cookies in every bite.

Ingredient Notes
Brownie Mix
A classic fudge brownie mix works best. Skip brownie mixes that already contain chocolate chunks or other mix-ins since the Oreo is the star.
Mega Stuffed Oreos
The extra cream filling makes these brownies incredibly gooey. Double Stuf Oreos also work well, but avoid regular Oreos if possible since they don’t provide the same creamy center.
How to Make Oreo Stuffed Brownies
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a standard muffin pan with cooking spray or butter.
Step 2
Prepare the brownie batter according to the package directions.
Step 3
Spoon a small amount of brownie batter into the bottom of each muffin cup.
Step 4
Place one Mega Stuffed Oreo on top of the batter. Press gently so the cookie sits in the center but doesn’t touch the bottom of the pan.
Step 5
Cover each Oreo completely with additional brownie batter.
Step 6
Bake for 18–25 minutes, depending on your brownie mix and oven. A toothpick inserted into the brownie portion should come out with moist crumbs but no raw batter.
Step 7
Allow the brownies to cool completely before removing them from the muffin pan. Cooling helps them stay together.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
Tips for the Best Oreo Stuffed Brownies
- Don’t overfill the muffin cups.
- Make sure the Oreo is completely covered with batter.

Mega Stuffed Oreo Cookie Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 box Brownie Mix and ingredients called for on the box
- 12 Mega Stuffed Oreo Cookies
- Cooking Spray or Crisco
Instructions
- First, you want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees and move your rack to the center position. Next, prep your muffin pan. Either spray the pan with cooking spray or lightly grease it with Crisco. Prepare your brownie mix per the directions on the box. I suggest using a basic brownie mix, one that does not have any mix-ins. So no chocolate chips mixed in. The Betty Crocker brownie mixed worked really well for these brownies. Drop a spoonful of the brownie batter in to the muffin tin. Gently press the Mega Stuffed Oreo Cookie into the brownie batter. Be sure to not press it too much, you want there to be brownie batter on the bottom of the pan, not the Oreo cookie touching the bottom of the pan. Cover the Mega Stuffed Oreo Cookie with the remaining brownie batter. Bake for 18-25 minutes until the brownie batter is baked. You can test it with a toothpick. If done, the toothpick will come out with a few cookie crumbs, if not done you will have raw brownie batter. Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely. If you try to remove the brownies when they are warm you risk breaking them. But if you want until they are cool they are less likely to break. Store the Mega Stuffed Oreo Cookie Brownies in an airtight container. They can be warmed up for a few seconds in the microwave or enjoyed at room temperature.
