Ninja Foodi Ranch Pork Chops

Looking for a quick dinner solution that doesn’t require you babysitting a pan? Or the oven? But still tastes like you spent hours making it? If you said yes, keep reading. My Ninja Foodi Ranch Pork Chops taste like you spent hours making them but literally only take about 15 minutes from start to finish. Pair it with a bag of Idaho potatoes and frozen vegetables and you have a complete meal that is sure to please the whole family.

Here is what you’ll need to make your own Ninja Foodi Ranch Pork Chops –

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4-6 Pork Chops (it’s ok if they have bones but try to go thicker, not thin)
1 stick of Butter, unsalted
1 pkg Ranch Dressing Mix
1 C Chicken Broth
Salt
Pepper
1 bag Idahoan Baby Red Mashed Potatoes
1 bag Frozen Veggie of Choice

This is a quick recipe but does require a little supervision on the front end.

First, you are going to want to start your Ninja Foodi to saute mode and add the 1 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. When the oil is glistening it’s hot.

While the oil is heating up, generously salt and pepper your pork chops.

Brown both sides of the pork chops in the Ninja Foodi when the oil is hot. Depending on how big your pork chops are you may need to do this in batches. I had to do mine in 2 batches. The browning will take a few minutes for each side.

Once all your pork chops are browned turn the saute mode off.

Add the chicken broth to the Ninja Foodi.

Then sprinkle the Ranch dressing mix over the pork chops and place the stick of butter on top.

Place the pressure cooking lid on the Ninja Foodi and be sure the vent is set to the sealed position.

Set on Pressure Cook, high for 5 minutes.

When the time is up, let the pressure do a natural release for 5 minutes then finish with a quick release for the remainder.

While the pork chops are cooking it’s time to start those taters!

Prepare the Idohan potatoes per the box directions.

Steam the veggies in the microwave.

When the pork chops are done scoop some of the butter ranch sauce and mix it into the potatoes. You can also drizzle it over the vegetables if you would like.

This dinner is a hit! Full of flavor but not full of work.

Be sure to check out our other Ninja Foodi for tasty quick family meal solutions.
