I love trying new beauty products. Who doesn’t? So when I was asked if I would like to try the Oz Naturals Amino Herbal Hydration Mask of course I said yes. I hadn’t used any masks by Oz Naturals so I was interested to see what it was like.
I was wondering why would someone want or need to use the amino herbal hydration mask. Obviously it was for hydration hense the name hydration mask. This mask is mean for people with dry dull skin. That’s perfect for me! My skin is so dry and dull I have pretty much given up on wearing make up for a while.
Next I was curious as to what the ingredients are and what they are suppose to do for me. I found out the mask contains rose hip oil, pro-vitamin B5, amino acid complex and an organic herbal blend. When all these ingredients work together they deeply nourish and penetrate aging skin. This was sounding like a pretty amazing hydration mask.
Before I applied the hydration mask I used my regular daily cleanser. After that I applie the mask and let it set on my skin for about 20 minutes. As per directions I used warm water to moisten the mask and remove it. Rinsed my face thoroughly and patted dry. I applied my nightly moisturizer and I was done.
The hydration mask has a consistency of a gel. It glides on to your skin and really feels pretty weightless while it is on. I did not feel like there was any tightening or anything while the mask was on. And when my timer went off I was easily able to wash it away. The one thing I will say is I noticed my skin did not have that tight feeling after I was done with the mask. I can definitely tell I revived some moisturizing benefits from using the mask.
The mask is gentle enough that you can use it every day if you wanted too. But in my opinion if you are using a hydration mask every single day you may need to reevaluate the beauty products you are using. You should be that dry.
