Ninja Foodi White Chicken Chili

Fall is definitely here.  I’m pretty sure we won’t be seeing any above 80 days until 2020. So, it’s time to start making some chili to help keep us warm. Today we are going to make a White Chicken Chili in the Ninja Foodi. It takes less than 20 minutes from start to table so it’s perfect for during the week. And the best part is it’s ZERO Weight Watcher points!

You will need the following –

2 lbs Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
14 oz Pinto Beans, canned drained
14 oz White Kidney Beans, canned drained
14 oz Corn, canned
16 oz Green Salsa
4 C Chicken Broth
Salt and Pepper for taste

You’ll also need a Ninja Foodi or another pressure cooker.

This is literally a dump recipe.

Pressure Cooker White Chicken ChiliPlace everything in the Ninja Foodi and set on high pressure for 8 minutes.

Do a natural release.

Remove chicken breasts from the soup and either chop or shred. Return the shredded or chopped chicken to the pot.

Serve!

Pressure Cooker White Chicken ChiliYou can also add a little avocado, cheese, sour cream or tortilla strips. But remember, these have point values. If you don’t add anything to the chili then it is zero points! Zero points but oh so yummy! And filling.

Check out our other pressure cooker recipes for weeknight meal solutions.
