- 1 Pint Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 1/2 C Self Rising Flour
- 1/3 C Sprinkles
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- First, pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Move the rack to the middle position.In a large mixing bowl combine ice cream and self-rising flour. (I have been able to find self-rising flour at Target.) It also works best if the ice cream is soft, letting it set out for 15-30 minutes will make a big difference in being able to combine the ingredients.Mix in the sprinkles.Pour the mixture into a non-stick bread pan. If you are a bread pan that is not non-stick you will want to spray the inside of the pan with cooking spray.Place on the center rack and bake for 40-45 minutes.Serve and enjoy!
