Single Cup Club

I am the only coffee drinker in the house so making a full pot of coffee was a complete waste. I normally only have one morning cup of coffee and that’s it for the day. So a few years ago I invested in a Keurig. It seemed to make the most sense for my lifestyle. I can make one cup at a time and not waste a whole pot of coffee everyday. Plus I can make hot tea and hot cocoa in it too. And since there is just me drinking coffee it can take a while to go through a box of k cups. I also like variety when it comes to my coffee but trying out 2 or 3 boxes of k cups at a time is costly and takes up a lot of room. With the Single Cup Club I receive three different types of coffee each month. There’s 5 of each flavor so I can easy decide if I like them or not.

Twisted Pine Bright and Early Fogbuster K CupsWith Single Cup Club a box will arrive each month. In this box will be 15 k-cups, 5 k-cup in three different blends. This month I received Twisted Pine, Bright and Early and Fogbuster. On the inside lid of the box there is a label with information on the 3 blends plus a website where you can purchase more if you love them. I love the inclusion of coffee profile! This month I received 2 medium roast and 1 dark roast. I even know which one is a fair trade product and where each bean came from. The roaster location is included too. There’s enough information on the coffee profile that I know exactly what I am going to get before I brew the first cup.

I really enjoyed the three blends in this months box. They were full of flavour and held true to their names. Fogbuster was bold and kept me going. Bright and Early was a pleasant breakfast blend. And Twisted Pine was a mellow smooth coffee. Because you are getting a variety each month there are going to be months you don’t like the coffee. That’s just going to happen. So what do you do? Give it away. It’s only going to be 3 or 4 k-cups. You could combine it with a nice coffee mug and make a little thank you gift for someone. Or turn it into a teacher gift with a mug, some creamer or maybe a fancy chocolate covered spoon.

Single Cup Club K CUp Gourmet CoffeeYou can purchase Single Cup Club memberships as gift or for yourself.  There are several membership options. Right now you can get your first box for $9.99 and try it out for the month then each additional month would be $19 and you can cancel anytime. Or you get a 3 month subscription for a $54 ($18 a month billed in one installment of $54) or a 6 month membership for $102 ($17 a month billed in one installment of $102). These make wonderful gifts for coffee lovers.
