We are coming to a close with our Crocktober series. Only 1 more day left. We’ve really enjoyed sharing all these delicious recipes with you. This one is a twist on one of my favorite sodas growing up, Dr. Pepper. It was always a treat to have a can. And now we are going to use it to make some pork chops! These slow cooker Dr. Pepper Pork Chops are sure to be a hit.
To make a batch of slow cooker Dr. Pepper Pork Chops you will need the following –
1lb Boneless Pork Chops
1 Can Dr.Pepper (Room Temperature)
BBQ Sauce
First, place your pork chops in the slow cooker
Next pour in 1 can of room temperature Dr. Pepper
Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours
Once the pork chops are done remove them from the slow cooker and pour the liquid in the slow cooker down the drain
Place the pork chops back in the slow cooker and smother them with the BBQ sauce
Cook on high for 30 minutes or until sauce is hot.
Serve & enjoy!
