We are nearly halfway through the month. I hope you are all enjoying the slow cooker/crockpot recipes that we’ve been sharing. Today, I’m going to share a classic with you. Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes! These are perfect for any potluck or game night dinner. You can make a huge batch, multiple batches, or just a single batch for your family.
To make a batch of our Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes you will need the following –
2lbs Browned Ground Beef
1 1/2 Cups Ketchup
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Mustard
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
Hamburger Buns
First, brown your beef and drain off any excess fat. You can do this night before to save time.
Next, add your browned meat, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
Turn on low and let cook for 2-3 hours for the flavors to really come together.
Serve over hamburger buns.
Enjoy!
