Yes, you read the title right. I just finished making chicken and steak fajitas in one pan, along with fiesta corn, refried beans and the peppers! And I did it all at the same time. The MasterPan is my secret weapon. I can create a whole meal in just one pan. Here’s how I created our dinner tonight.
If you want to make the same dish you’ll need the following –
1 Red Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
2 Chicken Breast
1 lb Steak Strips
1 can Fiesta Corn
1 can Refried Beans
Olive Oil
The peppers take the longest to cook so start with those first. And because I like the little char lines I started them off in the center of the pan. Once I had some nice marks on them and they started to cook I moved them over to the side well.
The chicken is going to take some time. I seasoned mine with a mild chipotle seasoning and put just a little olive oil in the pan. Then I turned them every few minutes to make sure I was getting an even cooking on all sides.
The steak was sliced very thin so I knew it would cook fast. I cooked it the whole time in the larger side well, turning it with rubber coated tongs. (note: this is a nonstick pan so do not use anything that can scratch the coating. I like to use rubber coated tongs.)
The fiesta corn only takes a few minutes to heat up. I drained about 2/3rds of the water out of the can and then poured it directly into the well.
Same with the refried beans. I just opened the can and scooped them into the well.
While I did have various cooking times it was still easy to handle. I just started with the dish that would take the most time to cook and then added the others when I would have normally started a new dish on the stove. The only difference is I did it all in one pan! Just think how easy it would be to make fajitas while camping? All you need is one burner for this fabulous pan.

With so many different foods being cooked at once I was concerned about the clean up. I thought for sure all the chicken juices and seasoning would be a bear to get clean. But it wasn’t! All I used was hot soapy water and a washcloth. With everything I cooked at once not one thing was stuck on. That was impressive to me.
And you know what’s also great?? I was given a code to share with all my readers! Anyone who orders and uses code MP204 will receive $20 off.
What do you want to make in the MasterPan?

I can see why this pan has appeal. It’s not big enough to cook for my family though.
